Payment Methods
All major credit cards are accepted for payment. If you’d like to pay with cash please deposit 20% of the quoted service value with your credit card and the remaining balance at the time of service.
Confirmation message will be sent to you after completion of the payment.
Cancellation Policy
We fully understand that travel plans may change for many different reasons. Keeping that in mind, Denver Prompt Limo Service, LLC. has a simple service cancellation policy. Just give us a call at least 1 hour prior to your pick-up time to receive a full refund. The processing usually takes between 3-5 business days.
If you don’t show up at the pick-up location or fail to request appointment cancellation at least 1 hour prior to your pick-up time, we will not be able to refund your payment.
